Q1 - How would I get my products or leaflets to Letterbox Leaflets Delivery?
Upon receipt of your confirmed booking, we will provide you with a localised delivery address where your material will need to be delivered prior to the commencement date of your leaflet distribution. Alternatively, for a nominal fee, and dependant on your location, we may be able to arrange to collect your leaflets from you. Details will be provided to you on receipt of your booking.
Q2 - How long will it take for my leaflets to be delivered?
This will vary and depend very much on your chosen distribution method, the number of leaflets and the target delivery area(s). We will be happy to discuss your requirements with you and at that point can provide you with an estimate of the likely timescales.
Q3 - How can I be sure that the distribution has taken place?
Using the latest GPS software Letterbox Leaflets are able to provide you with real-time updates on your delivery. We can pin point which addresses have received your leaflets at exactly what time. We can provide you with your own login to view all the data connected with your project and we can also use this data to compile a report for your review.
Q4 - Do you use agency staff?
No, all of our delivery team have been with us for a number of years, we are always keen to hire new staff but they are all rigorously vetted to make sure that they fit into our experienced team.
